MOD 100

I can't find any Mod 100's for sale. Are they still in production? Also, I just sold my RM100. Is there any major differences between Egnater and Randall as in tone? I realized my RM was missing that punch that I was looking for so I'm playing through a 5150 but i still love the idea of modules here.
