Congrats on the Rev. C mod! If you’re living on the Orange channel, make sure you take note of where the red channel presence control is set. Most people don’t realize that the Orange channel can be dialed in using both channel Presence controls.

Oh wow I never heard that before. I tend to keep the presence very high on both channels

I think that's only if you clone Red to Vintage High Gain. The red-channel "presence" stays active (I think it's more of a high cut control like on an AC30) but it also activates the traditional orange-channel presence.

I always thought if the Red channel was set to vintage (which clones the Orange Channel to the Red Channel, which may be likely since the OP said they prefer the Orange tones), then both Presence controls are active for the red channel (which now is really an Orange channel)...

But you guys were right. I misspoke and said “Orange Channel”. I meant to say “Red channel that’s set to Orange”. Good correction!
