George has discontinued all the 100w amps.

Where did you hear or read this? There is no mention of this on his site I went there to look.

Yep. He's got a couple of 100w chassis left and isn't ordering any more because of how expensive they are and how slow sales have been. He did say there's new 50w stuff coming though.

It sounds as though it’s just temporary though and I’d pretty much bet on it.

I think I like the Superplex more, which kinda surprised me. Sounds like it would sit better in a mix and has a bit more throat to it

Liked the Superplex a lot more....something about that kind of crunch coming from the Slax that I just don't like....just ugly sounding.
