Alder body
Maple neck/board with rolled fretboard edges

How do low rise compare to the heavy height wise? You don't see those too often.

Looks awesome! Love it!! What pickups do you have in there? Tom doesn't make a humbucker with white bobbin so I am curious what you switched it with? Again, love it!

Thanks man ! I have a Bare Knuckle Crawler in the bridge now. Awesome pickup, sounds killer in this guitar. The neck is a Duncan but I plan on changing it to something else any suggestions ?

I like Anderson pickups but I find them a bit to smooth at times for a bridge rhythm tone. I'm a big Bare Knuckle fan so all my Andersons have BKs. Plus as you mentioned Tom doesn't offer humbuckers in white and to me this guitar looks best with white.

No recommendation. I really like his pickups but I'm not married to them. I have liked the H3 and H2+ fr he bridge. That is the only thing I haven't loved is no humbuckers with white bobbins.

Man I remember thinking this is a cool looking guitar, but every time I open this thread, it's actually much better looking than I remember.

Height wise they are shorter than the heavy and jumbo. To be fair the only other frets I have tried from Anderson are the jumbos. Which are also nice I just personally prefer smaller frets. The lowrise still have enough meat to them though...

I can see the action as being lower which is mostly a perception thing. With taller frets it tends to look like the strings are higher off the board even if they are set at the same distance from the top of the fret.

With the low rise frets I "feel" them less , slides are a bit smoother for me. Overall they are very comfortable to me. Roy at Anderson told me the low rise are his favorite also.

You guys may have seen this, but I think it was Tom who posted on the TAG board that the low rise frets are similar to PRS frets. May or may not help any.

Sweet looking guitar btw! I am getting a Pro Am build and I opted for the single vol in the same place, but went w/ a 3 way toggle.
