Ola needs your help!

I stopped watching him ages ago. The fart noises and burping on camera during a gear review mean if Iā€™m seeking in the video then I hear it multiple times. If thereā€™s more than one then multiply. I just got sick of it targeting a much younger audience.

His videos started to sound too similar. Draven is a badass and is coming up with new heavy songs for every amp he demos and he stacks pedals and shit thatā€™s cool to make it happen.

Ola is great at what he does but he needs to think about comparisons. He could travel to interview some of the famous Sweden modders or take us to the Engl factory. Dudes got immense pull in the music realm - why is it limited to own hammer IRs with fart and burp noises of this weeks new update on modelers.
At the end of the day, i dont think guys like us really improve his channel. If you look at the masses that watch youtube, it is sad. The fact that people look up to 'influencers' is one of the strangest phenomenon to me, after celebrity worship..i suppose it is all the same.

But what I mean is, people that are looking for quality content must be in the minority based on the content that is out there and the fact that people make beta faces to get clicks. The fact that it gets clicks shows you the IQ of the consumers. I like that there are people that stay above it. I dont see @killertone or @hellzington and many others making dumb thunbnails.

Love Ola, but he could focus on other things like the tech behind the gear, interviews outside of his circle, and gasp... other instruments. Even if he's just learning them. "Learn didgeridoo with Ola!"

wearing a Gibson Hat could improve his views by at least 20 %
Don a pair of these and it's up to 50%

Ola got famous from his demos of amps which sounded awesome, and after that he spring boarded into production How To videos and then into the personality-centric videos he does now. It's worked so far and he's very watchable but I agree with some people here the fart jokes and swearing kind of make it hard to play his videos when the family is around. His sense of humor is good though so I'm not suggesting he goes full scripted or whatever. Have you seen the demos of his left handed Solar guitars where he personally plays them in the demo, but because he's right handed, the videos sound like shit? But the video is produced seriously like nothing is wrong. That's quality shit right there.

Here's an idea @Ola Englund. Do a Stereo Rig Of The Week video where you take TWO amps and make a stereo rig out of them. Blend them, hard pan them, hook each head up to two cabs and mic a speaker from all four cabs, get weird with it. Each week do a new pairing. Yes it sounds simple and it's not some crazy radical idea, but I don't think it's really been done before and could be really neat. People might learn something. And it won't radically change the nature of why people watch your videos or what your channel is about.

Sure most people aren't going to be able to use stereo rigs in real life, but people don't just come to your channel for ideas about they can use, they come to you because you're a gear dude who has access to a bunch of stuff nobody else does.

sophie burrell...shes actually a phenomenal guitar player fwiw. very very talented....but then she just went on this weird onlyfans-esque side path where she was offering pictures of her working out and stuff. it was really really strange but hey to quote the late great bon scott....

You put it up and we'll put it down
If you've got the dollar, we've got the song, oh
Just wanna boogie-woogie all night long, yeah, boogie"
Get your fucking jumbo jet off my airport!

I love his style of production. Feels like best friend getting new gear vibes and less ā€œIā€™m better than you and hereā€™s what I offer on my channelā€ vibes. Heā€™s underrated for how well he keeps that personable character video to video. Plus his clips sound great.
Yeah I really dig his insight and overall he's not a bad player when he does a showcase and isn't afraid to just dig in and rock out with his b@%s out. He has good tone and knows what to look for in a guitar. Olaf is great too and don't mean to sidetrack just regard them on the same level and both are cool IMO.

Either is way better than Rhett Shull or some other such cuckolds IMO :dunno:

ā€¦. brought to you by Solar guitars.

All the content pretty much turned into a commercial.
I suppose. I dont mind that too much. Plus, i really love solar guitars. They are priced competitive as fuck and everyone i have played has been fun. The thing about Ola is he knows how to design a fucking guitar.

His guitars are the base for how I order customs. Volume placement is fucking dead on. Love the design and feel
