I'm leaning more and more towards jazz...I fear there will be no coming back.

Well I never was into music until I saw Pete Thorn play with Chris Cornell and it all started from there!

The user name says it for the most part. However I gotta say that EVH, Paul Gilbert, the guys from Aerosmith, Ratt, Judas Priest, Maiden, Thin Lizzy and Megadeth did a lot to contribute to my desire to play the guitar.

To actually play guitar...when I was about 11, my friend had an acoustic and could play about 3 chords. It was the most amazing thing I'd ever seen. I just had to do it. He doesn't even play any more, hasn't in years.

There's been a lot of guitarists who've influenced me since then, but my buddy and his 3 chords made me want to pick the thing up.

Who inspired me to pick up the instrument? Kurt Cobain

Who inspired me to really learn the instrument and be the best I can be? Eric Clapton, BB King, Buddy Guy, Chet Atkins
