Fryette 2/90/2 will have more power, headroom and clarity for any tube based PS out there.

SS will get you higher wattage. Bur for tubes, the 2/90/2 is nuts.

How much does a strategy 400 or 2150 usually go for?

Also, have any of you guys who’ve had a v800, also try a Matrix GT800? I heard they’re supposed to be similar?

I've seen the Strategy 400 for 750-1K, same with the V800, a little more for the VHT. Haven't tried the Matrix, although I have noticed a few posts about guys that have had problems with them. On the other hand, the HH stuff is very old...I know Steve Henning replaced his HH with Matrix and liked the tone.
