No, it wasn't but I was irritated at the time. Telling people they can't smoke outside is among the dumbest things I've encountered and at the end of the day was probably less damaging than say coming back with a gallon of used motor oil and dumping it in their natural spring. No shooting signs make the most satisfying targets.

I worked at a place that did swab testing, one of the guys was using some type of special "mouthwash" to beat it.
They make fake piss in a lab, and shampoo for hair tests.
The bad actors always figure a way around these types of things it seems lol.
