Joe, the mod is an Aldrich... Chubtone had Mark mod it and then it went to Paige then me. I think it sounds a little different from when Paige had it. I re-tubed it and biased it a litte differently. :thumbsup:

Hey do have a cab with regular reissue H30's? If so how much difference do you hear between the originals and the reissues?

Cranked it up now that it's daytime - sounds killer!

I wonder why Marshall doesn't hire some of the guys that mod their products to take back some credibility. It's kind of sad that the best Marshall sounds always seem to come from modded amps.

There is one that is circulating that is being advertised as a Cameron modded 1987xl marshall, but it does not have the usual look of Marks work. Let me know. For the record can some one explain the different mods that Mark does? :confused:

i just stirred the fire in that spam thread on the 87. i was thinking the same thing about that amp, but started by long time member? no switches in the 4 input jacks, nothing on the back, and no loop?

i had knee surgery awhile back, so no playing on the knees, and was a couple months before i could step on my deferent pedals without about falling over! :lol: :LOL:
