I found it on the Tremel-No forum. :)

lol...the tremel-no forum??? Does that really require a forum? What is there to talk about?

"Does your whammy bar move?"

"No."

"Mine Neither."

Poll: How much does your whammy bar move?
A. None.
B. Not Much.
C. Very, very little.

Sticky: Post your pics of whammy bars not moving!

Well there is like 200 threads (maybe) on the entire forum. I was just having a look around since I installed mine to day. :gethim: :D

K, I just went to their website (tremol-no).... I'm buying one for my jackson

I WANT THAT GUITAR!!!!!!!!!!!!

I absolutely love the paint job, although I'm not a big fan of the fret markers.

Hamer Californians are fantastic guitars. Ashame they don't make'em anymore.

Check this one out. I bought this in 95 during the grunge era for $250. Everyone wanted Fender's and Les Paul's and hated the 80's guitars so I got this one for a steal.  Its got some dude's sig on the back too. I love this guitar. I gave this to my brother to play and had this for long while and wrote alot of the music for our band Ejecta on it. I just got it from him to fix it up and put a little 59 in the neck after he got his Schecter. Hope he lets me keep it a bit.

Yep $250. If you look close there is a crack by the volume knob. Im thinking given the time period, it was a trade in at a store where I new teh guys real well, and given the crack in it, is how I got so cheap. How can you tell if it's an Elite? Thanks for the offer man! This wont go anywhere. It has sentimental value as my brother wrote alot of great music on it.

Ebony board and MOP boomerangs is a start, pretty sure that is an elite.

How heavy is it? For all you know there is a serious 5A maple body under there!

Thanks for the info! Thats the most Ive been able to find. Its not lite thats for sure but I dont know why Hamer would paint over 5A maple. :dunno: Its not a second hand paint job its from Hamer. I've tried finding out more info on it and the artist but havent turned up anything yet. I cant find if anyone has another out there.

Probably mahogany with a maple cap then, it is rare to get a graphic from Hamer unless you had bucks flying out your butt back then.

If it weighes a ton it is maple, lots of californias came out of the shop in solid maple.

I dont think it weighs a ton. I think you are right about the mahogany. So you think this is a custom paint job?

Other than metallic flake jobs and some marble jobs Hamer did not do many custom paint jobs, I have never seen that one before.

Well I could be wrong about it being from Hamer then. If they didnt, whoever did the clear finish over the paint job did a nice job.

Mine is mahogany. I'd bet that one is the same.
