What could Egnater bring to the amp market for you?

I for once would like to buy a head with everything I need built in. 100 watt two channel is fine. Built in Hot Plate, or attenuator with similar features. I also would like a pedal board with a bunch of true bypass loops, and a controller that would run the relays and switch channels on the amp. The pedal board would be built into a road case, and have a single control/signal cable that would run to the head.
The head would be built into a road case that would have a front and back cover, just pop off the covers, plug one cable from the controller to the head, on speaker cable out to your cab, and you're ready to go.
I realize this can be done with parts and pieces available today, but the problem is cobbling all the stuff together, and lots and lots of cables and connections.
I would really appreciate a super clean and fast set-up. I set-up and tear down everything at least three times during the week, and twice a day on the weekends, I'm getting tired of running cables, just would like to play guitar!

Man there are some great ideas here.

The Modular pedal would be a knockout. I'd be highly interested in something like that.

How about a really nice single channel clean amp with alot of EQ options like mid cut switch and half power switch and power tube options, to go along with that module pedal?

I see fuchs is doing this but at 3100 bucks base price, which is just way too much money IMO. I noticed the cleans on the Tourmaster were very good, so I know you guys could do a great clean amp.

Crazy idea:

What about an "Egnater MP-1"?

hear me out:

1 rack space
midi PC controlled
Built in phantom power like M4
same control layout as ADA MP-1
multiple voicings: Twin, VX, SL2, EG5,
Egnater Black and Cream color scheme
same simple red alpha/numeric screen

Then:

an Egnater power amp.

3 rack spaces
2 seminar head power sections
simple.

...I would BUY this in a heartbeat
but maybe blue on the alpha

An Egnater Power amp Line (Stereo and/or mono bridged) 6L6 and EL 34 versions

Reissue amp switchers w/ a foot switchable attenuator/load selector, so you could foot switch between load or a given impedance selection. (Up to 4+ amps, w/ individual line level adjustments for each amp)

as already stated 15w combo with a 10'' speaker, yet a 15w all tube would be to load for the house with a family...
1w and or a 5w combo with a 10'' speaker
with a volume and master volume, 3 eq,
cd in for back tracks
headphone out

sounds that i like marshall plexi for clean leads and jcm800 for the zakk wylde rhythum

thanks for asking.
peace

How about a version of the COD module that has more gain and a tighter low end? Maybe a switch to change the voicing of the mids. You could call it the COD+. ;)

Even better would be a Mark IV type module.

How come you guys are asking for new product ideas, when current Eggie owners have been asking for these two things for a while?

Single channel 40w EL34 1x12 ported combo. Something that will do one really AMAZING overdrive for between 600-800 bones. The sound I have in my head is kind of an SRV Dumble-esque OD that could be dialed to be more Bogner Red/TOL Channel 4 with the gain up. Very, very sensitive to guitar volume and picking dynamics even at max gain settings.

Volume, Gain and Tone style setup. Something amazingly simple. FX loop would be cool, but not necessary. Maybe some voicing switches?

Hi jeff, I think you guys are already building GREAT amps/modules. If you ask me... from a Marketing standpoint, I'd just make the Tourmaster a "heavier" amp (Make it so that It can cover ANYTHING, from jazz to Metal, ala VH4/Herbert) and make a new class A two channel head that has an AWESOME clean channel that can break somewhat easily, and a "blues, classic rock" gain 2nd channel.

In the Modules department......you guys are already doing an AWESOME job...I'd just try to emulate 2 more modules:

Mesa Mark IV module
Diezel Module (VH4 channel 3 on the A side and Herbert Ch2+ on B side)

I like the Idea of coming up with more modules......it's Egnater's forte if you ask me.

great job asking the users!

I would LOVE an Egnater module that copped the general Mark tone with enough gain to do metal

A free Mod 50 would be nice

I like the idea of Mark Module, double bonus point if you name it Teh Mrak V. Diezel module sounds badass as well

A tourmaster with more modern sounding gain. I was really excited when I first hear about the Tourmaster, and I think you have done a great job with it. It has all the features I need, and at a very reasonable price point. If it could do Herbert/Engl SE type high gain tones I'd be all over it!

+1 more for the DVD/Kit idea...
I could never make the seminar (at least in the next 2 years) but I would buy one of these asap!

And there is no R+D for Bruce, so a VERY small investment on his part

Oh and I like the DVD idea as well. I'd love to go to the seminar but I can't really afford an impromptu trip to Mighican

Most anything involving modern high-gain attributes has already been said, and I know this sounds a bit 'sissy' but>
How about some color options? Your amps look absolutely beautiful, but I have to think that the beige might be turning some people away. I say keep the 2-tone thing just how it is, but also make colors like red, orange & purple available with the black.

ALSO> I think you're already on this (clarification please)....but 2x12 cabinets (horizontal preferred)

By the way....THANX for even asking!!

I'd like to find a not-too-heavy, 45-50-watt, closed back, greenback loaded, 2X12 combo. 2 channel, EL-34 loaded. Pentode/triode switch to drop it to 25-30 watts. Footswitchable, gain boost on the 2nd channel. No reverb (I hate it). Some thing I could throw in my car to jam with buddies, take to practice, bring to auditions, or play small venues or open mics with. That's what I'm hunting for now, but don't think there is one.

I would love to have a production model of the amp seminar amplifier. Those things are massive. Maybe add a clean channel.
