I found a pic of a 1980 Mongoose and this is damn close to what my bike looked like, except I had red Araya Z spoke rims w, freewheel with all the aluminum goodies and tagaki cranks and other stuff, I had to make as light as I could..... Damn... this is listed on EBAY for $2500 dollars, I shit you not!

The victims were shot execution-style in front of two young children. The case gained attention for the deceptive delivery-driver tactic and targeted attack.

The other two charged for the crime are Demetrius Trenton Shumpert and Omari Malik Shumpert. Their sentencing will take place in January 2026."

The older male in the home was selling cocaine and fentanyl - probably some other drugs, too and hooked-up with people down south (and this is coming from records the police had that the victim was selling and sending money back to Mexico, etc) so most definitely he was connected. Most likely the murderers became aware at some point, either by one of them buying from or word in the hood that the victim was moving weight so had (in their minds) massive amounts of cash, and it was decided to hit the place as it was an easy target.

That had to be a known drug house to attract the attention of those 3 Engineers.

Never answer the door if your are not expecting food or a delivery. Period.
Have layers of security... wired cams, battery powered back-up cams, ram proof main entry points, large dogs, and be armed at all times.
I also like to keep a large supply of heavy duty garbage bags and zip ties in my boat. Never know when you'll need them.

The white sneakers on Thug #1 stuck out like a sore thumb. UPS doesn't allow workers to wear street shoes.
And they usually chuck the box and run... hint #2.

IF it doesn't go on your record. There are ways to have it removed but that's also a PITA.
It happened to me on a disputed medical bill many years ago: the hospital told me it had been turned over to an agency and I paid it that same day (the agency)...at least I knew they had to fork over some of that money to someone else.
