Cabinet for EVH 5150 III Stealth 100W

You yourself said all the legally binding documents are easily accessable. If they're so easy to reference you shoud be able to post them here no problem. Now you're acting like it's some big undertaking that you're unable to accomplish. This is basically an admission that you can't provide the proof. Sorry, do not pass go, do not collect 200 dollars.
Hey man the information is there. Its not my job to hold your hand here.

You're a big kid now.... :dunno:

Ok I'm going to pose this to you...

If Mark Sampson; the man who designed your Bad Cat Lynx 50, contacted you via email and tells you the amp actually puts out 60 watts instead of the 50 watts that was listed on the spec sheet, but Bad Cat is going to keep the spec sheet the same for marketing and historical purposes. Would you tell him he's full of shit because the spec sheet says 50 watts?
Mark Sampson didn't design the Lynx 50 anymore than there are official documents or legal language of any kind to prove anything you've said.

In either case I would ask for the original white papers from the person who did design it and spec sheets as proof to prove said claim just as with anyone else or anything else and just a basic standard and how things are done not just in America but in the Civilized World as far as I am aware :dunno:

It is literally your job to provide the proof. It's already been said. You made the claim the burden of proof is on you.

The fact is your completely full of shit and wrong. Just like you pressure the "wokemericans" in OTC to prove their claims; now the tables are turned to you. Provide the proof or admit you don't know what you're talking about.

Its already been posted numerous times.... But NVM that or that under commercial law such documents as warranty, spec sheets, white papers or specs on their website and be taken as official documents by EVH/Fender and Celestion that are legally binding and/or contain applicable legal language.

Again facts and basic standards here and nothing much to ask for in America, the Civilized World or anywhere in the world :dunno:
No it hasn't fucking liar. And the only legally binding document in the shit you mentioned is the warranty. The warranty on the 100 watt cab.

When you look in a dictionary under complete fucking douchebag it's just a picture of you.

You are the one making claims. I'm just here stating facts straight from EVH/Fender and Celestions official documents and website. Facts

My mistake, In this case I misread the info and thought it said Mark Sampson designed it. <-- see it's not that hard to admit a mistake. Anyway substitute the person who designed the amp for Mark Sampson.

So if the person who designed the amp told you it put out 60 watts instead of 50, but Bad Cat didn't update the spec sheet for historical and marketing purposes you would not take the word of the person who designed it?

You made an asinine claim about legally binding documents and can't back it up. It would be hard for you since you are literally too fucking stupid to even know what legally binding means.

And according to the people that build them they've been 25 watts since about 1967. Get over it.
EV 4 life. Fuck Celestion.

You cannot just make things up; there's laws and standards in countries. Why not call it a 25,000 watt speaker then if things like that don't matter?

Dude, you have seen the fucking correspondence from the people at both Fender and Celestion and why they did it. Take your stupid fucking legal bullshit up with them. If you want to throw your lot in with the dude who has the distinction of being even more fucking stupid than Fat ass Dan that's on you, but a spade is a spade. Jesus fucking christ.

As said I would ask for actual proof as evidence to support their claim and white papers, spec sheets or any form of official document.

Basic standards that apply in America and the rest of the Civilized World and not much to ask for :dunno:

Post number fucking 3 before anyone else beside the OP making a clarification was you making the initial claim. the rest were refuting it. You made the original claim the burden of proof is 100% on you. Provide the easily obtainable proof of the facts or fuck off.

Oh I'm sure they'll jump through all kinds of hoops to appease a complete fucking retard who can barely play guitar and works in a fucking pizza parlor. :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:

I dont think so and you should probably read official documents and other legal language EVH, Fender and Celestion provide on their website, manual and warranty to see that is the case. Facts

Legal language ? You're so fucking stupid dude. You surely live with your fucking mom. No one as fucking dumb as you can make it on their own. Especially delivering pizza. In southern California.

This says everything anyone needs to know about how retarded you are. You'd take a known incorrect for historical and marketing purposes spec sheet over the word of the person who actually designed and built the piece of equipment. JFC, you can't get more asinine and utterly stupid than that. I'm done dealing with your retardation for the night. I'm out for the rest of the evening/night. Make sure your mommy tucks you in tightly when you go off to dream land so you don't roll out the bed.
