If local police won't do anything, go a step above them i.e. state level. State level Bureau of Investigations or State Police may have a different answer. Tell them what the local cops told you. There are MULTIPLE law enforcement agencies that you can contact. ALWAYS document every move you make. If none works, guess what. Are you going to let yourself take a $4800 bath? You shouldn't. *Sometimes* you have to take the 'law' into your own hands. Break into his shop and take *your* amp if you have to. Then the cops will have some nice paperwork to fill out trying to explain why they didn't take the correct course of action to begin with. Then you can write a movie script off your story and sell it to make bail money lol

He's not the one that has mine. Mike supposedly just dropped the gain a tad on 1 and 2 though. It was still WAY too much for me. With the gain at 0.3, it was almost clean. 0.5 it was a bit crunchy. Then once you get to 1, it was like my mesa at 8 or 9 and my pittbull at 7. More like an on/off switch than a gain knob. Which didn't matter when playing metal for fun, but I like to use as little gain as possible with my original stuff

I've also had a Forza. It had the best crunch tones I've ever been able to get out of an amp, the lead was great. In my opinion though, it totally sucked for rhythm. I'd buy it again for the crunch alone, though if I could

Nevermind. Capt.overhaulin has a forza. I'd only pop big bucks for another fbm. I have the 4-channel tuzzia prototype too, and it's voiced like the forza. Tho I was gonna score that forza in tenn if I couldn't get another fbm.

It is the heaviest 50watt head ever. In every way. Weighs more than the herbert. It stays at dwisted's place. I think I've played it 3 times. But dwisted loves it. Been told it was voiced like the forza. All 4 channels are awesome, but it's the power section that makes it crush.

All I can tell you guys is that these amps are unreal. You wouldn't get it unless you play one...and the longer you do, the more you get it.

This is a sore subject for me too.
Returned my amp to him to fix noise issues.
That was in 2011 & still haven't got it back.

Promises of him working on it, being fixed & returned to me have amounted to nothing
