Love my Anderson guitars! I've had my Kemper for 4 years, Mesa Boogie Electra Dyne combo for 4 years and my Henning Bottle Rocket for a little over a year (bought my Bogner 2x12 10 years ago). I'm completely happy and haven't had any GAS attacks. Every now and again I want a new guitar but I don't sell to buy. Probably has more to do with my age and settling into my music and playing style happily. I know what works for what I want to hear and play and don't have to continually audition gear to find it.

The only thing I want right now is an Andreson Crowdster for acoustic tones. Someday...

Awesome place to be...I think a Kemper could eliminate gas for a lot of people. Have never tried one.

I did have an AX8 for a little bit but I think I got it for the wrong reasons and sold it off.

First and foremost I am in a good place as a guitar player as outlined above. From a gear standpoint...the Kemper helped cure my GAS as well. They key is I have a digital solution for when I CAN'T crank my tube amps...and tube amps for when I CAN crank them. I have about any tone I would ever want. I don't buy gear to take the place of something else. Add to the fact that Tom Anderson makes the perfect shaped neck for my hands and I am totally good.

Yes I am happy then I see a Cameron,or Mezzabarba,Wizard for sale and I am no longer happy ...

For the first time in a very long time I have no GAS whatsoever. It is a great feeling.

Idk what to do with myself anymore.
That's kind of where i'm at now. Pretty happy with my current setup but man did it take a lot of GAS to get where i'm at.

My problem is I like to look at craigs/reverb/ebay/RT members classifieds when things are slow at work... and when I see a good deal it creates new gas out of thin air lol... I saw a good priced Kemper recently and I'm still thinking about it.. absolute do not need it.... but I could use a Wizard MTL

I always still sound like me so I'm always experimenting. But between my BF Bassman (mod), Trainwreck Rocket homebrew, 50W Jose homebrew, and Mesa Mark IV I'm pretty happy with my amps and pedals. But then there's always a real Rocket (or vintage AC30), a Cameron, and a IIc+ for me to lust after.

And one of those subs too.

2C++, 79 2203. A few cabs, 2 USA Charvels and today an 84 Greco Sykes LP just came in from Japan for 500 bucks. Damn nice LP clone that is nicer than any LP standard I've tried.

Life is good.

I'm super happy with my live rig, I'll never be truly happy with my home studio though!

I've had my Kemper for six months now...it was always "good, but not great"...until about two weeks ago I discovered a great profile of a Bogner 20th Anniversary XTC. I've never been happier with my tone, ever.

Except now I'm gassing for the real thing. :bash:

I can't say that I'll ever be gas free, but the KSR and D60 have me more satisfied then I've ever been. The two cover my needs to the point that I'm even considering putting my
Savage on the block....Probably not but maybe.

Don't know why, but I just don't get the gas for guitars like I do amps, sure I'd like to own a few more, but I've been on the same two guitars for a long time with no burning desire for another. The amps though.......man I love me an amp I've never played before.
