If you or anybody else can't point to a monopoly law that's been broken, there's no case to make IMHO.
IOW, until evidence is presented, the thread is based on feelings.
The numbers and maths are there. Its not that complicated.
These are just basic numbers.
On average SweetWater is estimated to sell 465 million to 550 million a year in guitars online given estimates, deductive reasoning and available information.
Online sales given percentages are 720 million to 800 million a year for guitars in the industry.
In either scenario conservative or loose estimate SweetWater would be considered a Monopoly as they would own more than 50% of the market in new guitar sales online.
