Gibson LPC '57 vs Gibson LPC '57 w/maple top

I'm thinking about getting a '57 LPC reissue. I've never played one with an all mahogany body, maple top only... Any opinions on the differences between these two models?

Warmer. Not as much bite but a deeper growl in the all mahogany body. Both sound awesome.
