NAD: Mesa JP2C

I just bought one too.... from RezaMatix. I got a great deal and have no doubt it will be pristine when I get it.

Oh man. You just got a celebrity amp. One day that amp will be worth billions.
 
Good score. Cool amp with loads of great features. Been wanting one for a while. Seriously expensive this side of the pond unfortunately and with a kid and another on the way, difficult to justify to the missus!
 
Also love Devin Townsend. Absolute legend.

The intro to this SYL download set cracks me up every time.

 
Wizard of ozz, not sure if you said already but what cab and drivers are you running with your JP2C? Have you tried it with different cabs yet?

I like it thru the Bogner UberKab V30s/GT75s right now .. I've also got a Diezel FL 4X12 with V30s I need to try it with and a 1968 Marshall 4X12 with Greenbacks I know it will sound killer with.
 
I bought my JP2C sight unseen in July 2016. I have owned Mesa amps but never a Mark series. I just saw the Petrucci videos and had to try it. It sounds great at bedroom volume, has a great clean channel and does not require any boost pedals. I dialed in a MOP tone and just loved the amp from day 1. My 5153s would be on the selling block if the used price had not dropped so much and my Splawn Nitro has not been played at all since I got the JP2C. I am completely satisfied with the JP2C and my Mesa Lonestar. I don't need anything else. The JP2C just kills. It's the best amp I have ever owned .
