Depends… most people suck at taking pictures so if the condition is the same and the previous owners pictures are better, I’d rather see the better picture. For example, the music zoo’s pictures are usually good, so if you’re selling a guitar that came from them, post up their pictures along with your own.

I agree with this, I sold a guitar recently that was hard to photograph and the original seller had professional pictures so I took a couple to prove ownership but added the original photos in the listing with credit to that seller. Seemed the best option.
