I don't know how he pulled it off, but the guy I use got a Class III dealer license operating out of his house in Apache Junction. He's always got a garage full of interesting stuff. (Huge safes, unbelieveable alarm system)

I can't get a Class III dealer license around here because of where I live. I'd have to open up a business somewhere else (besides my house) to do that. So far, I only have my C&R. Also, I can't get a full auto P90 because they're made after 86.

The loophole is that Class III dealers and Class III manufacturers can own "examples" of newer full auto weapons for "demonstration" purposes. The weapons cannot be transfered via a regular Class III tax stamp, however. They can be purchased by exempt (police and military) agencies though. I'm exploring getting a Class III manufacturers license, easier than a Class III dealer but I believe it costs more.

Yeah, I know a few guys with Class III licenses. ;)

For a rifle that's a mix of the best of the AR-15 and AK-47 check out the xcr at http://www.robarm.com

The dependability and ruggedness of the AK with the modern feel, accuracy, and erganomics of the M-16.

I guess I cant understand how a person can hate at inanimate object rather than what is done with it. It just does not make any logical sense to me.

In your request.

For close quarters the P90 & HK MP5, for medium range the KAC/KMC M4 or a AK47, and lastly for the distance a BMG .50 cal or a Dragunov.

Hope that helps...

Check out the Masada Magpull. Youtube-google whatever. You can covert from .223 M4 to 5.62 Nato round AK-47. all for less than the price of a Les Paul Custom.

I hate firearms/weapons but hey

Are you gay, a woman or those "new" type of men that uses face creams etc?

You just can't be a man if you hate firearms..we don't function that way. It's like saying you don't eat steak. :gethim:

Disregard..just saw some of your other posts..you're a young kid. Fucking laughing my ass off here because, heheh, man are you green!
    you're defenitely the new type bred by tv.

Posts that call other people kids really shouldn't contain any spelling mistakes.

I don't like firearms either – particularly handguns. Mostly because of a lot of the people who own them – and shouldn't – you know the type. In practice, I believe most people to be incapable of handling them, and the outcome is usually permanent; not mentioning how pointless it is if everyone owns them and it just becomes an arms race with more collateral damage than actual benefits – everyone has to have one. On a philosophical level, killing someone at a distance by pushing a button, flicking a switch or pulling a trigger is cowardly and disrespectful. It's a tool for incapable and weak people. You say it makes you feel like a man, but really... even a "gay, woman or those new type of men" could do it. It's like the special Olympics of self-defence. And why stop there? You could have electric hammers, SUVs – it needs to be overpowered to feel good. What the hell are you compensation for? :D

A real man defends himself with bare hands – muscular strength is what makes you male. I've practiced several fighting disciplines. Ofcourse, living in the US, one might not have a choice anymore because for historic reasons everyone walks around with guns. Catch-22.

This is not an attempt to start yet another flame war. I just want to reply to your flame post. If you really are so damn masculine, why don't you give a useful answer showing your technical knowledge about all things weaponry, instead of "rednecking" around uselessly.

Blah blah blah blah.

I'm free. I intend to stay that way. Thank God the writers of our Constitution saw the need to leave future generations the means to defend themselves against a tyranny.
Being European, I understand your culture is totally different from my American culture, and obviously you see the way we think as backwards, just the same way as I view your logic.
To me, your reply is just as ignorant as FriedChickenBandit's, with the exception being that I believe the original "flame" was an attempt at tongue in cheek humor, whereas your reply is serious, which it makes it quite sad. :aww:

Let's put it this way. I won't allow firearms in my own house and rest of the world can do whatever they want. So I'm not a real "anti" but more "neutral" I guess. I don't intend to "hit you over the head with a hammer."

Anyways..

For now most people in the U.S. can choose whether they want a firearm in their house or not. I respect your choice as it is your life and your house. It seems to be a weekly event here in S. Florida that someone is killed while waiting for help after dialing 911. It may be that we underfund our police forces. In this less than perfect world I choose to stay armed and have a concealed carry permit. As long as you don't wish to limit my rights we simply disagree on the the usefulness and necessity of firearms for household defense. Peace always.

Well said, I don't think that owning a gun makes you any more manly than not owning a gun. I think that guns often give people a false sense of security, gives them "license" to get into situations that maybe you would avoid if you didn't have that "security". I say, atleast for me, guns are something that I really don't want or need.
