What’s the trick to popping a guitar lock

Got sent a new guitar. Keys are In case. This happened to me before but my buddy popped it for me. ? Suggestions

I keep a case key on my Keychain. I'm pretty sure they're all the same. I never lock my cases, but I've unlocked other people's cases for them in this situation. Find another key.

The fender video did the trick ! Didn’t know they just slid and popped the lock thanks !
