Who uses the GSP1101 extensively?

i actually ran it through the power section of my XXX and it comes pretty damned close to my high gain amps, i was impressed, im getting a power amp and the footswitch for this thing, the options on this thing are pretty cool, especially if you cant drop 2600 on an axe fx

I actually sold my axefx standard and bought this in it's place. For me, using it in 4cm it works better than the axefx and the footcontroller I like much better than what I had (midimate)
Not arguing that it is as good as the axe-fx but for the way I use it yes. It's a great unit.
 
Is there a way to have the wah on all the time were if I step on the pedal it automatically turns on ? Right now I have a preset for it.
 
I found this on Internet.

"Here's another trick you can try: On my C2 there are two rubber pads beneath the treadle that must be 'smashed' in order to activate the toe switch. They are held with adhesive into a slot in the bottom of the treadle, and were located from the factory in the heel end of the slot. I pulled mine free from their factory position and relocated them in the toe end of the slot. Toe switch is MUCH easier to activate now. I figured I'd have to re-apply some Gorilla Glue in order to hold the rubber pads in the new position, but there was enough residual adhesive left on the bottom of the pads that they haven't come loose yet."
 
It worked moving the little rubbers more toward top of pedal makes the pedal on/off way easier.

And tonight was setting up more patches digging into it more. Octave,detune,harmonizer,term. They all just sound kick ass!!!
 
I gave in and snagged one with a Control2...it will be here Monday, plenty of time to get it dialed in with my rig before the next gig! Anyone need a Nova System? :D
 
Roland FC300 works great with it. Never tried the Control2 though.
 
Fo those that own the 1101, can the EH Mistress flanger model ape the Andy Summers/Gilmour tone?
 
I just picked up a stereo 2-12 cab to replace the 1-12 cab I was running. Stereo is where its at with this unit IMHO
