My fave model overall is probably the RG. If I only had a few hundred to get a guitar that's what I'd look for. My favorite one guitar right now is my Ibby AR-700.

I find myself playing my cheapest guitar the most these days! My Epi LP Ultra that I have loaded with a Duncan Distortion and an Air Norton in the neck..although Im' not sure I'm entirely sold on the air norton...but the distortion rules ;)

It's tough, man.

I recently was returned my LP custom that had been gone forever and man it's like coming back to an old friend.

That being said, I've been playing a Sheraton for a while now and it just feels right. So lively and resonant with the semi-hollow body and so big and warm and it's also set up perfectly.

Then again, I just got an SG classic and that guitar has a KILLER vibe going on.

Dude, it's hard. Knee-jerk, I'd have to say that my go-to would be the LP or Sheraton, but man it's really hard to tell.

Love my GMW's but i have to say that there is nothing quite like a strat when you play the right one( I played 2 of Ants and theyre were both so good that if they were mine, I probably wouldnt play anything else ever again)

Kage

Anderson Cobras. Have this and a strat shaped one.

My Anderson Drop Top is it for me. I love my Anderson Classic as well but the Drop Top is my go to guitar. I loved my EBMM Petrucci as far as feel but felt the tones were a bit one note if that makes sense.

I've always wondered: what makes it a "droptop" ?

The term Drop Top comes from taking the main body and "dropping" a maple top on top. The maple top adds some brightness and snap to the body wood. My combination happens to be a mahogany body with quilted maple top. Sounds, looks and plays amazingly!
