It came out of nowhere? I'm pretty sure the first few posts by HC'ers were nothing but rude and personally insulting to me. I wasn't angry until a few people decided to be complete assholes, proving even further that a good portion of former HC'ers are just that, assholes.

I see only one reply, out of the first five or six by former HCAFers, which could even remotely be interpreted as an "attack" on you, and that was the comment about your still being in school. I have no idea as to the intent of the person who made that comment ~ he may well have meant to attack you ~ but fwiw, I read that as rather tongue-in-cheek, in response to your first post, which seems rather like an open attack on anyone with ties to HCAF, however humorously you may have meant it.

So, I would definitely agree with the comment above that your hostile reply appears (at least in the context of the thread) to "come out of nowhere."

Care to explain the (apparent) chip on your shoulder? If you've been personally hurt or offended by any of the former HCAF folks who've now become RTers, why not just post plainly about your actual beef, rather than taking oblique pot-shots at folks and then acting all innocently-surprised when it gets handed right back to you?

Also, previously in this very thread, I changed a quote by Jonny Toetags that could have been interpreted as a slam on HC'ers, just to show that I do not believe all HC'ers are like this.

I wasn't implying anything or doing any name calling, I was just saying that why is it everybody that came over here keeps talking about how bad "HC sucks" and is " a piece of shit" and how they're "glad to be here" but every time an RT guys says something about it there's all kind crying and defensive insults from ex HC guys that claim they're now RT guys. How in the hell does that make sense? If you think HC sucks so bad that you left and came here then why do you keep defending that place? It is obviously a shit hole

Lol, I hear ya. Two things come to mind, in response ~ A) you know how you can say all kinds of nasty things about yer own mother, but God help somebody else who says somethin' about her? And B) more to the point, when the folks who had been posting primarily at HC talk about what a piece of shit it is, they're talking about the *site* and the *administration* of the site ~ NOT the forumites.
