Mark IV for $1000

That's a great deal now, but back when I bought mine in 2002, I heard of them going for as low as $700. I got mine for less than $1000 back then. Anyway, hopefully you still have your mark IV, too many Rig Talk members are selling their mesa mark series amps, its a sad trend :(

I did remember, I got a mid 80's Ibanez RoadstarII from a friend for free. It was actually a really nice guitar, once I gave it some TC. I ended up selling it to a HS kid for what money I had in it. He loves it....

traded my krank rev for a mesa dual rectifier

price new for krank and dual recto here in europe

krank 1499€
dual 2499€

Had tons, one of the more recent ones was an Axe-Fx Ultra + Ground Control Pro floorboard for $1500. Gigging musician who is a buddy of my buddy needed it badly for his upcoming tour so he traded me a really rare Ibby, which ended up turning itself into $2500 when I had to move it to help me cover the initial down payment on the house I just bought in September. Still kinda bittersweet on that one, it was a killer guitar but I really needed to get into the house and the time was right! :aww:

I scored a Mark IV locally for $800 cash last year (kinda local I guess, I had to drive an hour each way to pick it up) because the guy didn't want to use Paypal or ship it. Guy was a well-known forumite so I knew it was legit and all, kept it for a few months of enjoyment until my downstairs neighbors in my apartment building complained it was too loud so I moved it and made $1100 LOCALLY in cash!  Gotta love it!
