The EVH cab is not so easy to findat the moment. But, Thomann can order it.
Years ago a had a HESU cab. Will this work with the top?

That cab will work with the EVH head, but it won't have the greenback sound if that's what you're looking for. I believe the Hesu Demon speakers are more related to the V30 and will sound more modern. I've never used a Demon speaker but they appear to be well regarded and should match well with the EVH amp.
Here's a decent video I found right quick that compares the Demon to the V30 to give you an idea.

Haven't tried HESU but can't go wrong with a Friedman....
At least you know you actually have 100 watts there and it's 2 V30s mixed with 2 Greenbacks...... So you get the modern and vintage feel in one and the necessary minimum power handling too at the least

With the HESU you're getting more than enough and either is a good option
