that there has been no recalls on ....... the manuals say to use them ..... Eddie Fucking Van Halen used them ....

and you take such a strong stance on the numbers ... where in all actual reality .... any 100 watt amp can blow any 100 watt rated cabs speakers if pushed to that point .... the dudes playing in his bedroom .... unless someone dimes the amp and leaves it that way for a length of time ..... Never tried a HESU but I hear good things and Ola uses them too.

If you really want an EVH 412 may as well hold out and get a matching cab if you are comfortable with the wattage and all that and risk mentioned.

Friedman is a good option too and as said uses a mix of 25 watt Greenbacks and V30s for a vintage/modern feel.

It is a bit sad, and kudos to the OP for sticking with this thread. After 14 pages, he seems to completely dismiss the maths from the pizza man, and yet The~Clock is still trying to give him advice on high gain.
