Cabinet for EVH 5150 III Stealth 100W

Yes and the same people right say it's a 20 watt speaker just like, Celestion, the manufacturer of the speaker does brother.

Look guys, Im not here trying to be a douchebag to y'all or anything and it's right there. I have no reason to lie or mislead anyone and it's right there.

And yeah they get the wattage right but mess up the Ohms like Griff said and most retailers or 3rd party users do :dunno:

Bottom line is telling a dude with a Stealth head that it's not safe to use a Stealth cab, because you know more about building rigs than the people who built the rig is pretty much the definition of douchebaggery. Especially after playing Mr. Know it all for 28 pages.

Bottom line as said these aren't 25 watt speakers regardless as you and everyone here pretended them to be or simply didn't know and made a mistake and I will give you and the rest of y'all the benefit of the doubt.

Even EVH/Fender show as much in their own spec sheets and website.

So you're correct and everyone else including the people who manufacture the speakers and cab who have stated 25 watts in writing are wrong. Got it. (y)

So what's it like being the smartest person in fantasy land?

if i was a famous youtuber, id buy that cab just to see if i could blow it up with any one of my 100w amps. Thumbnail would definitely be me making a face of pushing out a monsterous shit 🫨

I would definitely trust the ratings of every amp in existence; obviously a 30 watt AC30 or 40 watt bassman has never put out more power than their clean power handling.

In fact, I make all of my gear safety decisions based on websites instead of actual knowledge

Trouble is when you ignore someone you believe to be an idiot someone else always quotes their post.... :(

Funny. I've got a bunch of quotes saved from you in my The-Kid file. It is getting so big, I might need an external hard drive

Nathan checked with the EVH 5153 Product Team to clarify because I put a lot of pressure on him. That I had a 100w amp and wanted to buy an EVH 4x12 stealth.

Here was his response:

An email as such is not a legally binding document or has legally binding language of any kind.... This isn't a legal document or has any legal language one could apply...... it's an informal statement. Facts.

In any regard this isnt proof they are 25 watts any more than anything else mentioned. If they were 25 watts there would be a spec sheet saying so.

You said you had actual proof so where is it? This is isn't it and as said an informal statement.

You find legally binding language that says these are 25 watts speakers by the manufacturer vs informal statement.... You cant because they don't exist, because they aren't 25 watts and there is no legally binding document anywhere to support this.

Given the facts and actual evidence presented there is no stamp on the chassis proving these are 25 watts, no manufacturers spec sheets, no dealer specs again and no evidence short of informal statements in emails. Every piece of actual evidence and legally binding language show this to be a 20 watt speaker.

If these are indeed 25 watts then wheres is the legal evidence and the proof of it, you won't find it because it doesn't exist and these are 20 watt speakers just as the manufacturers spec sheets says in legally binding language and spec sheets not only by Celestion but by Fender/EVH as well.

In any event they are still obligated to cover ones speakers if they blow and are covered under warranty :dunno:
