What the fuck are you talking about? Cope harder shitwit.Last I checked an email is not a legally binding document.... This isn't a legal document, it's an informal statement. Facts.
In any regard this isnt proof they are 25 watts any more than anything else mentioned. If they were 25 watts there would be a spec sheet saying so.
You said you had actual proof so where is it? This is isn't it and as said an informal statement.
You find legally binding language that says these are 25 watts speakers by the manufacturer vs informal statement.... You cant because they don't exist, because they aren't 25 watts and there is no legally binding document anywhere to support this.
Given the facts and actual evidence presented there is no stamp on the chassis proving these are 25 watts, no manufacturers spec sheets, no dealer specs again and no evidence short of informal statements in emails. Every piece of actual evidence and legally binding documents show this to be a 20 watt speaker.
If these are indeed 25 watts then wheres is the legal evidence and the proof of it, you won't find it because it doesn't exist and these are 20 watt speakers just as the manufacturers spec sheets say legally binding documents and spec sheets not only by Celestion but by Fender/EVH as well.
As said an informal statement is not an official document, it doesn't contain any legally binding language to prove whatever is said as it's an informal document and not official. It doesn't prove a damn thing at all. What the fuck are you talking about? Cope harder shitwit.
There's no way around it for you. These speakers are beyond confirmed to have 25 watts of power handling. It's also confirmed the listed 20 watt rating you keep going back to is for marketing and heritage purposes only. Just accept that you're a dipshit moron, were completely wrong, and shut the fuck up about it already.
Because it isn't by definition...... Literally.Looks like you were right. The village idiot is coping with something about email isn't a legal document, legally binding language, and legal proof.
So written word from a representative isn't evidence or do you thing they're lying? You really are brain damaged aren't you? How long did it take you to come up with this legal document bullshit copium? But I guess your "basic maths" trumps all.As said an email is not an official document, it doesn't contain any legally binding language to prove whatever is said as it's an informal document.
There is no document saying so and essentially this is something based on myth/rumor based on an informal document.
If they are 25 watts an informal statement such as in an email does not prove they are. You'd think the Fender Representative would provide this or Celestion Representatives but to date no such actual legally binding language or documents of any sort exist.
All the actually legal evidence and legal language objectively concludes these are 20 watt speakers. That is based on fact and not informal emails.
Regarding warranty Fender/EVH are obligated to fulfill it regardless because that's an actual legal language. If the cab says it's a 100 watt cab then it's legally a 100 watt cab but as said at the same time these speakers are legally rated at 20 watts so go figure.
That is all fine and well but as said I've actually presented real evidence and legally binding language to prove my statements..... Informal statements are not proof and evidence of anything and that is just a factSo written word from a representative isn't evidence or do you thing they're lying? Just admit you are wrong, shut the fuck up, and move on.
This is 100% describing you.

The cabs are rated for 100 watts given official documents and the cabs are covered under warranty in any regard and at the same time as said the speakers are 20 watts given official documentation/legal language and well actual evidence provided and proof vs informal statements/unofficial documents.
In any event even so the legal language contradicts actual maths/science but it stands as an official document regardless.
BUt MuH mARkEtiNg SpEC shEeT aNd MatHs.
You obviously know better than representatives from Fender and Celestion.
Cope harder you brain damaged shitwit.
