On one hand - shame on them for lying (if they did) and digging their heels in.
On the other - try and find a large company that doesn't lie to get more money. They're few and far between.
NYXLs are my favorite strings. I'll start looking for a better brand, I guess.

I've used NYXLs forever. This sucks and I wish I could afford to change brands, but I doubt I will until my stash runs out

That style of guitar playing/song is pretty gay.
Not sure I can stray from Daddario...played them since the 90's. Maybe an online rebellion will lower demand for them so I can buy more
