For better or worse I found mine. No matter what I play I dial it in the same. Coupled with my finger tone and using the same cab. The differences is neglible
Sorry to spam up your thread, but there’s always so much new music. I usually check out a bunch of new stuff, find a few albums that click for me and then wear them out.
Michael Romeo is coming out with his War of the Worlds Part 2 in early February. He released 1 song as a preview.
If you haven’t checked out War of the Worlds Part 1 that came out about 3 years ago, check that out, it’s pretty badass.
Man this is Mike stepping back into Odyssey roots it sounds like. That solo was jaw dropping - he just keeps bringing the heat. I’ve always been inspired by his song writing skills too - it really flows well.

I tend to dial amps to the same basic tone as well. I will say though that I very much prefer the 2203X I have compared to the Stealth 50W sitting next to it. My brain is just wired to like old school high gain tones. The modern stuff is just not for me but fun to keep around for riffing on occasion.
Oh, one more. This is about 9 months ago I was turned into this band by a friend. Pretty cool kind of technical thrash metal, just started checking them out today, but I like it.
Paranorm
I just went and saw them live . Dudes got a couple Fortin Marshall’s . It was cool . But hell ya good choice !I love their latest single with the sweep riffs intro
