I worked with some Vietnamese guys years ago. They always left shoeprints on the toilet seat because they'd climb up and stand on it to take a dump. I guess they were used to standing over holes.. It was odd.

Smoking sure is. They all smoked, and not their own - everybody else's. You had to hide yours. They liked to pilfer tools too.
