Did you get the issues addressed with yours? I thought you had a loose knob and something else if not mistaken

My only issue was the knob is a little “loose” but not causing me any problems.

They are in short supply right now so the dealer I bought from assured me I had a one year warranty either way and that he would swap my unit out after xmas when more are available.

So, not sorted yet but will be.

I like the unit as much as my micro preamps.

It doesn’t replace tube amps or the high end modelers for me but I use it often to practice and that alone is worth it for me.

It sounds great into my 2.1 soundbar, my desktop stereo with aux in etc. Basically everything in my house with an aux in is now a guitar rig

Best through a tube power amp.

Going to take it to a jam and go DI soon to see how I like it that way.

I loaded celestion IR as the onboard are pretty bad and REALLY quiet, like half as loud. Otherwise I have been enjoying it.
