“Scarlett” was fun and cool. The OP video seems like a lot of work, polish, and intent, and you can get into their heart/headspace with critical listening. Feels like the singer wants to go to war with the PtB but screeches instead. Relatable.
I find Jinjer much more relatable for low tuned angst done right with groove. Life is a PARTY and without infectiously grooving music, metal falls on its sword.
Mental metal groves < ass moving metal grooves.

Agreed. They out Periphery at their own game with this song/video and play it almost every gig. All killer/no filler everty time:Jinger also is my fav of this genre because their songs actually are usually catchy and the singer sounds good. Periphery would be so much better with a different singer imho but the riffs still just lack the hook that makes a song fun to listen to again and again.
