1954 fender tweed deluxe for $200. came out of a local fire hall attic and had been sitting in storage for 40+ years... still has original leather handle and dust cover.

just scored a mint, but not upgraded digitech gsp2101 for $150 with the floorboard and a 4 space flight rack!

it works fine, and it'll be a HUGE upgrade from what im using now for effects/backup rig. im really happy about this, and have been wanting to get one again for a long time....to say i know my way around this particular piece of gear is an understatement as far as programming goes, and, now that i have the computer software to run with it, i'm really stoked.

I got an early Zion in good condition at Guitar Center for $199 a few years ago.

My best deal was actually to sell my Axe FX Standard 2 days before the announcement of the famous countdown, with a loss of 100€ after almost 3 years of usage.

Mesa Boogie Mark IIC+ original with all the bells and whistles for $1450 from Musicgoround. Sold it for $2800 a few years later.

You capitalist swine!

Hey, at least I kept it for a couple of years before I doubled my money. Lol

Found an early 80s Made in Japan Squier Strat sticking out of a dumpster. Aged Olympic White, 70s head and a rosewood fretboard. Took it apart, cleaned it, oiled it, set it up, and made a cool $400 on that one. Can't do better than free.
