I friend of mine had a radio show (it had to be a German Band, not easy) here in hannover which combined the above "stars" with the other side of german musicians Can, Kraftwerk, Caspar and Peter Brötzmann, Einstürzende Neubauten, Oval, Neu, Quarks, Sensorama, Palais Schaumburg, Surrogat, Atari Teenage Riot....vice versa, very cool and strange show, it got busted after 2 years.

While the word prick could certainly be eliminated to make the point more graciously, the point is still a valid one. The point of contention seems to be whether "prick" is offensive or not. One could argue that calling others stupid because of their taste in music are indeed acting like jerks, pricks or any other number of descriptive terms.

Shit, I'll say it. I fucking hate them. I hate the music. The Lyrics. Everything. I don't care they have good production, I don't care they have careers and make bank. The argument that anyone would wish to be in their shoes with the acclaim and the money etc is hollow and bullshit. Would you want to be in Bieber's band for the same result? I admit they have ability and talent. The way they use it is an abomination to me ear drums. I guess I'm the crazy one who only listens to music because of how it makes me feel as an art form. No artist's accounting portfolio makes a damn difference to whether the art form is any good and why it gets brought up as a saving grace eludes me to no end. For those who said they like the music, that's the only reason you need. I never fantasize about being in another musicians shoes, my shoes are just fine.

To tell you the truth, I'd play about anything if I could make a living playing guitar instead of my boring ass job I have now.

For me personally....I am just poking fun at everything. Not singling out a person or a comment.
The whole "Internet" stuff is (just for me) FUN! Not ment to disrespect or anything foul.
