I food the acoustic version of a toute le mooned sounds great

They do an Acoustic version of In my darkest hour on the That One Night: Live In Buenos Aires dvd..

Doesnt show the full version though, basically they go out side the hotel and hang out with fans out side and play it..

I thought that acoustic version was fun!

I have to say, even though he was a fairly capable player, I dont remember too much of anything Al Pitrell ever did with Megadeth. Without really wishing to dig up a whole new debate, Marty Friedman will always be the classic lead voice of Megadeth for me, notwithstanding the "inverted claw" approach .

I think Broderick is probably the technically best player, but both he and Friedman pretty much own Pitrelli.

All just my opinion
For the most part I agree, Marty wrote and performed all the most well known a respected lead lines. But I just think Pitrelli plays those parts better, cleaner and with more soul. He has some real great playing on The World Needs a Hero, but it's hard to compete with Mary's catalog. Pitrelli may not have wrote all that great stuff, but he sure plays it like he did on Rude Awakening.
When he was with Megadeth for that short stint, it was the best they sounded since Rust IMO.
