I present to you, my 2019 LP standard with a repaired headstock. I paid just a bit over 1100 including shipping and tax. Similar models (Standards in this finish with black hardware seem to be kind of rare) have gone for ~2400 on the used market. To answer the OP, I fall into the camp of, "if it holds tune and is stable, then it's fine." The seller said the repair happened about a year ago and had this in the listing:
Do I know who repaired it? No.
If I knew who repaired it, would I research the luthier? No.
I've been able to give the guitar exactly 5 minutes of neck time and it held tune and plays great. But that's not really the best assessment of what we're talking about so I'm going to eventually take the guitar to my luthier and get his opinion of the repair and then do a set up on it with some 11s.

The headstock was cracked and professionally repaired. The repair is structurally solid — the guitar tunes, holds pitch, and plays without any issues — but the crack is visible and there are two small chips on the top of the headstock.
Do I know who repaired it? No.
If I knew who repaired it, would I research the luthier? No.
