New AMP. Way bettah than yours!

That's cool. I can't say I listen to much metal.

I'm thinking of people like your favorite Marty Music, Rabea, in the blues, Matthew Scott, Chris Buck, stuff like that. Some of them are good players but as you know running a band is more than just guitar chops alone and not much I've seen of their actual music is anything I would listen to. Plus I want to punch guys still playing Little Wing and that probably includes all of them.
I have been considering starting a AC/DC cover band, but sing all of the lyrics like the guy from the B52's. Before anyone judges, think about the ease but also...the quality.

Every single one of those guys write insufferably bad music
A couple of them write ok music then ruin it with horrible vocals. And all of them play Little Wing. :bleh:

That's one of the really tragic parts of this new "influencer era" is that the new guitar heroes have no talent to go with their 10 thousand hours. It's just the 10 thousand hours of practice.
Yeah, this. No serious stage time, hitting jams, and scuffling for work. Just shoot and edit some more gear vids and then play Little Wing again.

this thing will be pain in the ass when fixing
Especially with no warranty after the relatively few units which will be bought from the manufacturer have been flipped and shipped for a loss on reverb 6 times like amplifier russian roulette.

Saw this on my Facebook wall. To my ears it sounds like Ola playing Ola's riffs on a new piece of gear Ola's demoing. Which means he always sound the same whatever he plugs in. Which is not bad as he is a solid player but I never understood the hype behind the videos he posts.

His style is good for comparisons against other amps he puts on his channel because his playing is consistent and he usually uses that same Mesa OS 4x12 of his, which means you can pull up any two amp videos he's done and compare them and get a pretty decent idea about the differences between them.
