Personally? In no particular order:

Diezel Hagen
Mako Mak4
Diezel VH4
And then this rebuilt Peavey Classic 30 that sounds better than some of the most sought after boutiquers
Now, if this question was to be asked "to the world" since the inception of guitar amps? I think it would have to be:
Original Marshall Plexi
Fender Twin Reverb
Hiwatt
Vox30
...and believe it or not, probably the SLO due to what it did to metal back in the day.
